JOHN BATT & ASSOCIATES was founded in 1987, in the Southern Oregon town of Medford, where it remains to date. John had enjoyed a 24-year tenure with GAB Business Services and when JOHN BATT & ASSOCIATES first opened its doors, he primarily handled all varieties of property claims. This soon evolved into the full service, multi-diversified claims organization of today.

JOHN BATT & ASSOCIATES is a Multi-line, diversified claims business. We are licensed in the State of Oregon, as well as California, and operate under the respective state codes and "Unfair Claims Practices" acts.

Our primary office is located in Medford, Oregon on the I-5 corridor.

From there we travel north to Roseburg and south to Mt. Shasta in Northern California, as well as eastbound to Klamath Falls on I-97, and westbound to the Pacific Ocean and the town of Coos Bay.

Our coastal office is located in Waldport, Oregon, which services the coastal communities of Oregon from Coos Bay and then north on Highway 101 to the town of Astoria.
