Who We Are
JOHN BATT & ASSOCIATES was founded in 1987, in the Southern Oregon town of Medford, where it remains to date. John had enjoyed a 24-year tenure with GAB Business Services and when
JOHN BATT & ASSOCIATES first opened its doors, he primarily handled all varieties of property claims. This soon evolved into the full service claims organization of today.
JOHN BATT & ASSOCIATES is a Multi-line, diversified claims business. We are licensed in the State of Oregon, as well as California, and operate under the respective state codes and "Unfair Claims Practices" acts.
Our primary office is located in Medford, Oregon on the I-5 corridor.
From there we travel north to Eugene and south to Mt. Shasta in Northern California, as well as eastbound to Klamath Falls and Bend on I-97, and westbound to the Pacific Ocean and northbound on I-101 to the coastal town of Astoria.
