John had enjoyed a 24-year tenure with GAB Business Services and when JOHN BATT & ASSOCIATES first opened its doors, he primarily handled all varieties of property claims. This soon evolved into the full -service, multi-diversified claims organization of today, which is licensed in Oregon, Washington, and California. TERRITORY From the MEDFORD office, we cover all of Southern Oregon. Our territory also follows the central I-97 corridor from Klamath Falls. We also travel northbound to the Bend/Redmond area. We cover the Southern Oregon Coast. South of Medford, we travel to Mt. Shasta, California, and then westbound to Crescent City, California. In the PORTLAND-METRO office, we cover the northern part of the state, including the greater Portland-Metropolitan Area. We cover the North and Central Oregon Coast, and Central Oregon. We travel along the I-5 corridor and south to Salem, Albany, Eugene and Roseburg. We also travel to all of SOUTHERN WASHINGTON. We will also travel beyond our territory on specific case assignments.
